something about relationship

afternoon everybody, hah, this is my third posts here, and because i'm indonesian, so pardon me, if my english quite bad. lets see,, in that picture, (created by myself, as an amateur mangaka) we can see, a group of man, have a rest, after a very hard work. so, in my idea, thats me and my friend, together having rest, after a very hard exploration in desert, for a new petrolium mine. so, i want to ask you something my friend, do you think your friend is important for you, or not? because in holywood film, i always see, in every title, friend is more important than everything in the world. so, when we have friends, if they have any problem, we must help them, no matter its cost. but problem comes, when our friend is kind of a criminar or have a deviant attitude. what should we do, as a friend? are we must ignore their attitude for keeping our friendship? or we must eave them (our friend) alone with their own deviant behavior? because this is world, this is life, we must choose, we must make decision, and absolutely, that decision must be good for both side.

    especially, if you're a boss or a leader in a group, or maybe in a company. you must make a good relationship for continue your own company, or group. then, we face that problem more often than the others. so, i want to explain something, if you choose the first choice (ignore them) you cant imagine, what happen in the next, maybe your friend will be worst than anybody, because of their own deviant behavior. but, if you choose the second choice (leave them) you'll lost your relationship or your friendship. so, what do you want to do?

  i'll tell you something interesting here. in semitic religion, god tell us, about make a good relationship between person and person, until how to keep relationship between group and group. in my religion, islam, Allah tell us (as a moslem) to make a good envirovement, without conflict, without any deviant things. if we find something wrong in our comunity, we should'nt use our power firs, we must discuss, talk heart bto heart, and try to meke better conclusion than using useless power. so, if you want to keep your own relationship, just back to your rightness, tou your own human value, whatever is it. because, in real things, human always have a nice value, always have nice behavior, because who-created-us want to make us, as a good leader in this world, and we, as a human, absoluely want to make a good world,good envirovement, and good relationship between people. so, do you want to make better world?
